Roles & Responsibilities:

Satish Pendse is the President of Highbar Technologies Ltd., an HCC group company. Satish's vision for Highbar is to make it the most preferred information technology solutions provider for the infrastructure industry. He believes in channelizing entrepreneurial instinct and passion of employees to facilitate sustainable future growth. Under his leadership, Highbar has acquired 50 customers in a span of 36 months from the start of the business. To serve Infrastructure industry in Middle East more effectively Highbar Technologies has incorporated a subsidiary in Dubai, named, Highbar Technologies FZ-LLC. Gartner, the world’s most renowned IT research agency, has taken a note of successful transformation of HCC's internal IT function into Highbar Technologies with a case study on "How to manage risky spinoff from captive internal IT to ESP (Enterprise IT Service Provider)".

Previous Experience:

Satish has a total experience of over 25 years in the field of Information Technology. Satish is also handling the responsibility of CIO of HCC Group since seven years. He has been responsible for driving and implementing large IT initiatives including India’s 1st comprehensive SAP ERP implementation for Infrastructure industry at HCC Group. Satish has also headed IT function for various leading Indian and MNC organizations across multiple industries for past 20 years. During this tenure he has been accredited with large IT implementations and most importantly successfully managing the change to make businesses benefit from the IT investments. Satish is also governing body member of CIO Club.

Education:

Satish is an Engineering graduate with MBA in Finance

Mr. Mangesh Wadaje
Head-Business Unit - Highbar Technologies

Mr. Mangesh Wadaje is Head-Business Unit at Highbar Technologies and is responsible for overall business expansion at Highbar Technologies . He has been instrumental in convincing the HCC Group management in starting IT business through Highbar Technologies. With more than 17 years of experience in Construction, Infrastructure and IT Industry, he is one of the pioneering change leaders to adopt world class ERP for Infrastructure and Construction Industry in India. He led ERP implementation project at HCC which has become international reference case-study. He is honored as one of the three Asians on SAP’s global advisory committee on product improvements for Infrastructure industry. He was also recognized by CIO Magazine -IDG group as one of the top 20 upcoming CIOs.

Mr. Mahendra K.
Head-Business Unit - Highbar Technologies

Mr. Mahendra K. is Head-Business Unit at Highbar Technologies and is responsible for delivery of IT services for HCC and HCC subsidiary companies. Mr. Mahendra was integral part of various infrastructure projects for IT implementation at HCC group companies across India. With more than 25 years of experience in Steel, power, construction, infrastructure and IT industry, he led most of the IT implementation projects and given shape to the IT for Infrastructure industry in India. He has been instrumental in implementation of SAP/ERP, EP, BPR, Engineering Solution, logistic solution around core business process and process optimization on critical business function. His expertise in business process mapping and implementation of IT till the cultural adoption by the user, helped to gain customer confidence and build a long term relationship. He has won the 'future strategist award' given by information week as a recognition for his extraordinary contribution in shaping IT for HCC.

Mr. Upagupta Patnaik
National Delivery Head - Highbar Technologies

Mr. Upagupta Patnaik is National Delivery Head at Highbar Technologies & is responsible for delivery of SAP / ERP implementation at various infrastructure & construction industry projects. Mr. Patnaik was the integral part of various Infrastructure projects for IT implementation at HCC group including HCC's Sankalp initiative. With more than 15 years of experience in construction, infrastructure & IT industry, he has led various IT implementation projects . His expertise in project management , execution and on-time project delivery has helped to gain customer delight and enabled in cementing long term relationships.
